В квартире много света. Квартира очень теплая зимой и прохладная летом+ кондиционер. В комнате есть двуспальная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом. Хорошо оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым. Просторный санузел выполнен в классическом стиле. Wi-Fi и кабельное ТВ в наличии.
При заселении необходимо иметь паспорт.
Курить в квартире и проводить мероприятия категорически запрещено.
